Reservation and Payment Information

• Upon check-in please provide your invoice as proof of reservation.
• Check-in time is no earlier than 3:00 pm.
• Check-out time is no later than 11:00 am.

Payment Information
In order to secure a reservation, a 30% deposit is required.

Full payment is due upon arrival. Cancellation policy as per the Confederation of Greek Enterprises for Rented Villas & Apartments

1.  If a cancellation should take place at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the client.
2. If a cancellation should place and there is less than 21 days prior to the date of arrival, the client must cover 50% of the cost of stay.
3. In the case of a cancellation during the stay, the client should compensate Kiki’s Place with 50% of the cost for the remaining period of stay.
